Our Journey

The Founder and Custodian, the late Alhaji Mukaila Atanda Erinfollami, single-handedly nurtured the growth of the Society from its humble beginnings. What started as a prayer group in Emmanuel High Street, Ojota, has grown into an established Islamic organisation with branches across Lagos, Ogun State and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Under the Founder’s leadership, the Society continued to grow and develop until his passing in September 2023.

The Society also mourns the passing of Alhaja Serifat Teniola Atanda, the Amirah General, who passed away in December 2025.

May Almighty Allah forgive their shortcomings, accept their good deeds and grant them Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.

Today, the Society continues to build upon the foundation laid by its founders, with a renewed commitment to expanding its reach and deepening its impact.

As we look towards the future, the Society remains committed to expanding its religious, educational and community development activities. One of our key development plans is the construction of an Islamic and Qur’anic Education Centre within our mosque complex.

The expanse of land behind our National Mosque in Slun, along the Sagamu–Abeokuta Expressway, has been reserved for future development and expansion.
